Just 6km from the CBD and developed with the aim of cultivating an undeniable sense of community, Halswell Commons is a new subdivision bordered by Halswell Road, Hendersons Road and Sparks Road. Halswell Commons is designed around reserves and pathways to the front of homes and access ways to the rear, creating a more open environment that provides greater safety for children and welcoming areas for neighbours to come together.
Located directly adjacent to Halswell Commons, the SouthWest Village is to become the heart of retail and commercial development in the area. The SouthWest will provide a vast array of local amenities to the entire Halswell district, ever increasing employment opportunities and the promise of a vibrant local hub of activity that grows alongside the developing community.
