You buy the majority of your home, and we’ll buy the rest. Over time, as you can afford it, you buy us out until you own it completely.
Rent to Own
For those who need to build a deposit or clear outstanding debt, this can provide a valuable stepping stone towards shared ownership – and then full ownership.
Open Market Sale
Built to the same high standards as our shared ownership homes, a small number of our homes are also available on the open market.
